Unfortunately, we are are unable to ship outside of these areas or to international destinations.
Our bespoke items are made to order in a colour, material and size of your choice and will take approximately 4-6 weeks to be delivered. Please check the lead time on our web site.
Once it has been made, it will be despatched directly from the maker, using a specialist two-person courier team.
Your item will be delivered within a mutually convenient time slot using a specialist furniture courier service who will deliver to a room of your choice, carry out any assembly required and remove all unwanted packaging.
*Our Express collection mattresses and accessories are only available as a front door step delivery.
Please ensure that you have measured all access space, including lifts, stairways, and door frames, to avoid disappointment on the day of delivery. Information relating to access should be shared with us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Optional Furniture Assembly
Our specialist courier service will assemble selected furniture for you upon arrival. If you require furniture to be assembled, this can be purchased at the time of ordering for £49. Not available on all items; see individual product details.
Disposal of your old mattress or bed.
If you require old items to be removed to make room for your new item, this service can be purchased at the time of ordering.
We can only dispose of like for like items, for example if you are buying a new mattress, we can then dispose of your old mattress. If you order a divan set we can dispose of your old divan set. This costs from £45 per item, a divan set/bed frame and mattress are calculated as two items which costs £85.
If you wish for your bed to be disposed of, please make sure the bed has been dismantled.
Please note - our team can only take away your items at the scheduled time if you have taken them apart correctly beforehand. If you have a bed frame, please remove the headboard, side rails, foot end, and slats. For divans, if there are two halves, separate them by removing the connecting links if possible.
We cannot dispose of sofa beds, or if your item is soiled. Our drivers have the right to refuse disposal if they feel the item is soiled and removal is unhygienic.

Receiving your order
Furniture must be checked thoroughly before the delivery is signed for. It is very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as you will be asked to sign a form confirming that it was received in good condition. This gives you the opportunity to refuse a faulty item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your furniture arrives damaged, you can refuse the delivery, signing it as ‘Damaged’ and it can be returned with the courier.
However, if you have nothing to sleep on, then you can use it until a replacement can be made and delivered. In this case, please still sign the delivery as ‘Damaged’. Please use a mattress protector.
If you later discover damage or a fault please let us know immediately, this must be within 72 hours of receipt.
Due to insurance reasons, customers own furniture cannot be moved on site by the attending courier team.
If you believe parts are missing from your order, please contact us before attempting to assemble or return the item.
Courier delivery service
Our couriers will aim to accommodate all customer preferences for delivery date and time within reason, but this is still at their discretion.
If you need to change your delivery date or time requests MUST be made at least 48 hours prior to the delivery day. Any late changes may incur a charge from the courier. If the courier arrives but cannot make delivery you will incur a charge.
* Delivery is to your room of choice, however if the courier decides this is not possible due to safety or width/height restrictions or obstructions they will leave your goods in a safe place for you.
Due to health and safety, our delivery teams can only deliver up to the first floor only unless a lift is available. Please ensure that there is a suitable lift that the product will safely fit into. Please ensure that you have measured all access space, including lifts, stairways, and door frames, to avoid disappointment on the day of delivery. Information relating to access should be shared with us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Please note that furniture which weighs over 90kg can only be delivered to a ground floor room, unless a lift is available. If you believe there will be any access issues, then please speak to us prior to ordering.
We can remove unwanted packaging as required. However, please note that the original packaging must be kept for items that will be returned. This is why furniture must be checked thoroughly before the delivery is signed for.
If you miss your furniture delivery, the re-delivery charge will be between £79 - £99, depending on the product and area.
Some postcode areas have a specific delivery day/days, the courier will confirm when booking the delivery.

TERMS & CONDITIONDS - Online orders
When you check-out, we will require your name, e-mail address, contact telephone number and payment details. Without this information we will not be able to process your order. Your email is important in case we need to contact you regarding your order.
A contact telephone number is required so that we may reach you if there is a problem with your order. We need to pass this information to our suppliers and couriers in order for them to contact you to arrange the processing and delivery of your order.
We will never disclose, sell or distribute your details to any other third party.
An email confirmation is only a confirmation that we have received your order and payment. It is not an acceptance of your order and we retain the right to contact you and issue a full refund in the event of complications with your order; including, but not limited to, incorrect pricing, stock availability and delivery charges.
Once your order has been despatched and delivered, the completion of the contract between Woodsprings and yourself takes place. We may not be able to fulfil your order due to the following reasons:

If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you either by email or by phone.
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Contract cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please contact us on sales@woodsprings.co.uk. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.

Sale prices are valid from the time that it displays online and cannot be retrospectively applied to an order.

Product guarantees
Products are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee of various lengths and inclusiveness. Please refer to the item product page or ask us prior to purchase so that you can be provided with correct and complete information.
Payment
Payment for all orders is at point of sale and not at point of despatch.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered inclusive of delivery and optional disposal if required. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold.

We do not accept international orders.
Made to order items
If you have purchased a ‘made to order’ item, the contract may be cancelled no longer than 14 working days after delivery of the item. All bespoke items are made to your specification and a 20% restocking fee (of the total value of the products) will be deducted from the refund of the item. The item must be returned in a perfect, saleable condition, in its original packaging and at your cost. Failure to do so may result in Woodsprings being unable to refund you.
We always aim to refund monies as quickly as possible, which can take up to 14 days.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
Product Pricing, Descriptions, Images & Estimated Time of Arrivals
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, dimensions and pricing, may be subject to change without notice. The images shown online are for illustration purposes only.
Estimated delivery dates are for guidance only and may change due to unexpected delivery problems.
Images and colours
We use high resolution images on our web site to give the most accurate representation of style and colours as possible. However, colours vary depending on how the web site is being viewed. We strongly recommend that you request colour swatches if you are unsure. We cannot be help responsible for items that do not exactly match your colour expectations.
Manufactures sometimes change their colours/fabrics. So, occasionally our web site photographs may show colours on floor models that have been discontinued.
Warping and sunlight damage
Please note that products made from wood may warp or expand when subject to changes in temperature and humidity. Wooden furniture should never be left by a radiator or under windows.
Sunlight damage - Please note that upholstery and wooden furniture is likely to fade if left in direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Double or triple glazed windows are able to slow the rate of damage caused by UV light, but we suggest keeping susceptible items away from direct sunlight.

All product names, copy, product images, buttons, website graphics are copyright of Woodsprings or the manufacturer/supplier of the products. No unauthorised use of copy, product titles or product images may be used without express permission or approval.
Privacy policy
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We will only ask for information that is relevant to the supply and delivery of your order. The only third parties we share this information with will be those companies involved directly in the manufacture, supply and delivery of your goods. We will never disclose, sell or distribute any of this information to any other third party or individual.

E&OE
We aim to offer as accurate information as possible on our web site. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors that occur. We operate a strict E&OE policy.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability in connection with or arising from the order, shall be limited to the value of the goods.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, costs or expenses in connection with or arising out of the order.

Cancellations/Returns/Refunds
Custom made orders can only be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this point, the product cannot be cancelled as it will have been sent for production. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or amend your order.
If you wish to cancel your order when it is out for delivery please contact the courier immediately, but you will be charged a dispatch fee. Despatch fees are usually £79.00 (subject to change).
We recommend measuring all spaces your items will pass through in your home prior to ordering as we cannot accept responsibility for items that won’t fit into residences. If you have to return an item for this reason you will be charged for the return costs and a cancellation fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange on items that have been assembled, unless the items become faulty. If the item is faulty, we will collect your product free of charge and arrange a replacement.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days and arrange to return your product yourself at your expense. Products must be unused, unassembled and in their full original packaging. Please see exemption regarding mattresses.
Please notify us if you wish to return your item before sending it. Failure to do so may result in a refusal to accept the return. We can arrange for the item to be collected and returned on your behalf for a charge. This charge will be deducted from your refund. The charge to collect your item covers the costs of returning it to the warehouse. Charges start from £95 (depending on the product/postcode). Please contact us for more information.
Mattresses: Due to the hygienic nature of the product, mattresses cannot be returned once the protective plastic wrapping has been opened or removed, unless the item is faulty. Please see note regarding made to order items.

Collection for made-to-order products can be arranged from £79.00 dependent on postcode (subject to change). All made to order items returned are subject to a 20% surcharge that is deducted from the refund. All items, except faulty MUST be returned unused, unassembled and in original packaging.

Pet Beds
We’re happy to offer you an exchange for an alternative item, providing there is available stock. Please email us so we can arrange this for you. In this instance, you are responsible for paying the return postage cost. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. If an item is faulty or damaged, you will not be responsible for covering the return postage cost.

Faulty & Damaged Items

Please include a photograph showing the fault/damage so that we can investigate this for you. We ask that you please do not return a faulty or damaged item without emailing first.
If you believe parts are missing from your order, please contact us before attempting to assemble or return the item.
Please do not attempt to assemble or fix a faulty or damaged item yourself or via a third party, as this will affect your entitlement to a refund or compensation.
If an item is agreed to be faulty or damaged, you will not be responsible for covering the return postage cost.
